Return Right
Our products are subject to Hepsiburada, Trendyol and Amazon return policies. There is usually an unconditional return right within 14-30 days. The product must be in original packaging and unused.
Return Process
You need to initiate your return request through the marketplace where you made the purchase. Each marketplace has its own return process. Customer service will guide you.
Exchange
For product exchange, you need to return first and then order the new product. You can contact the marketplace support team for different variants of the same product.
